General Description:

Model 202 screw prepress is a continuous oil expeller to process the oil rich seeds(such as peanut kernel, cottonseed kernel, rapeseed, sunflower kernel), which is suitable for the process of pre-pressing extraction or twice pressing.

FEATURES:

Model 202 screw prepress has the process characters that is suitable for prepressing as following:

1.The cakes are loose but not crushed so that the solvent can penetrate easily.

2. High capacity, less space, low power, simplify operation, management and maintenance.

3. The quality of oil is better than that produced by means of single press or extraction.

4. The content of oil and water in the cakes is suitable for solvent extraction.
