Model 204 screw prepress is a continuous expeller that is suitable for the process of prepressing extraction, which can process the oil rich oilseeds. Such as: peanut kernel, rapeseed, safflower seed, castor seed, sunflower kernel and so on.

Model 204 screw prepress has the process characters that is suitable for prepressing. On the correct condition, it has the features as following:

1.High capacity, less space, low power, simplify operation, easy management and maintenance.

2. The content of oil and water in the cakes is suitable for solvent extraction.

3. The cakes are loose but not crushed so that the solvent can penetrate easily.

4. It can change from the model 202 screw prepress, and save the investment.

5.The quality of oil is better than which produced by means of single press or extraction.
