Sheller, Dehulling

General Description:

The sheller is especially designed for rapeseed hulling and kernel husk separation. The huller works by means of extrusion, shearing, twisting and tearing of the paired rolls. According with the defferent bulk densities of husk and kernel and the size of them, the kernel husk separator works by means of vibrating screening or air classification..

FEATURES:

1. Less space demand, high capacity, easy management, low labour intensity.

2. Adopt special plate screen, reduce the exchanging frequency of sceen, improve the production efficiency.

3. The paired rolls are made of new material(ADI castings), and are treated with special process, so the rolls are durable.

4. Adopt multiple vertical air classification process, improve the air classification efficiency.
