Continuous Solvent Extraction Plant
KMEC continuous solvent extraction plant is known for efficiency, modern design and a continuous process of up gradation and other sales service at par with international standards.
We are engaged in providing our customers with a range of continuous solvent extraction plants as well as qualified extractors. The horizontal model consists of an articulated band conveyor that receives material from the feed hopper and transports it at a predetermined speed to the discharge end. It has been made as per the latest technologies prevailing in the industry, while keeping all the safety, quality and performance parameters into consideration.
Features of Continuous Solvent Extraction Plant

- Low speed of extractor conveyor ensures almost no maintenance
- Distillation takes place under vacuum and de-solventising of meal is done in liberally designed desolventiser toaster
