A：Should be about 30Days after receive your 30% down payment.
Q：How large factory Land we need to prepare?
A： Usually, the land area depends on the capacity of the plant. After the basic information confirmed, we will suggest you the land area. Of course, if you already have certain area land for the Plan, we also can design the plant plan accordingly.
Q：Can you please kindly help us to build the silo storage system to meet the Oil plant?
A： Yes, Please kindly inform us your local harvest seasons, or How long you want to storage the oil seeds.
Q：If we build the silo storage for the Oil Plant, we need the dryer or not?
A：It depends on the moisture of your oil seeds, If the moisture of oil seeds you collect is higher than 12.5%, it will ask for the drying system before the silo storage. If less, we you omit it.
Q： If the oil residual is higher than the design, How to solve it?
A：Usually, Please check the operation is follow the Manual or not. IF yes, check the steam cooked flake is in good condition or not.
Q：When the heated flakes gets too dry, what is the problem?
A：When the heated flakes gets too dry, the following abnormal phenomena might happen:
1. Cake at the discharge end cannot be tile shaped and becomes broken.
2. The electric motor turns overloaded.
3.The main locations of outflow for the oil begin to shift to the cake discharge end, the output of oil becomes reduced and the oil is dark-brown color.
Note: Never allow the phenomena last long. It will lead serious damage
Q：What should we pay more attention to oil mill machinery maintenance?
A： The following items should be noted
1. Fill up all grease cups and oil holes with lubricants at least once every day.
2. The lubricating oil in the speed reduction gear box must be filtered and changed in every regular overhaul.
3. As a general rule, the users should have a major overhaul every year. In time of overhauling, the machine should be totally taken apart and thoroughly cleaned. Repair and change those parts if found damage.
