Desolventizer Toaster
Desolventizer Toaster/Desolventizer-toaster Machine
Desolventizer-toaster machine is comprised of a sieve-board, main axle, scraper, automatic material door, base, and driver. Wet meal enters the desolventizer-toaster via a sealed spiral conveyer with indirect steam heating in layers. Wet meal is heated in the desolventizer-toaster and stirred by stirring-blade, with wet meal from the last layer separated by means of an automatic door. Preheated and desolventization is performed sequentially from the first layer to the seventh layer. Sprays of direct steam act to desolventize. Desolventized meal is then transferred out of oil extraction plant.
