Rotary Extractor

Rotor extractor is commonly used in preprocessing raw materials. Rotating cell designed at the top bin level makes it easy to form immersion-extraction and reduce the meal fines content in miscella. This will improve the crude oil quality and reduce scaling in the evaporation system. The extractor is driven by gear rack. Unique balancing rotor is designed to ensure less power consumption, less maintenance cost, and no noise.

Desolventizer Toaster

Desolventizer toaster is one piece of solvent extraction equipment in the solvent extraction plant which is used to separate solvent from wet meal. The DTDC we chose has five layers in the desolventizer toaster. Its first and second layer are preheating layer and there is indirect steam heating in the bottom. Third layer is pre-desolventizing layer, fourth layer is the main pre-desolventizing layer, and the fifth layer is the drying layer.

Solvent Evaporator

It adopt technology of negative pressure evaporation to realize the possibility of making use of the residual heat from DTDC, to save on energy.

Tube Condenser

Tube condenser is commonly leaching workshop of heat exchange equipment in the solvent extraction plant. It is medium heat exchange equipment for countercurrent flow in the condenser, two medium can get the same flow characteristics, suitable for the convection heat transfer fluid. The condenser can be used for tube of three different material production, respectively, the carbon steel and aluminum alloy steel, cheap price, compact structure, widely used in various fields.
